DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email wizard@silverballco.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the problem and arrange a replacement or refund when approved.
